WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY:
I've had the privilege of having coaching supervision sessions with Joanna over the past year, and every single one has brought a new dimension to how I think - about myself and my clients (as a whole ecosystem). She’s given me so many different perspectives I hadn’t considered before, which has helped me become a more adaptable coach, whilst staying true to what’s going on internally for me. Joanna always challenges me to see broader perspectives and develop my coaching philosophy. What I love most is her no-nonsense, deeply insightful, and people-centred approach - because coaching isn’t just about goals; it’s about getting under the skin, reflecting, and really understanding what’s beneath the surface.
